Additional Info: I have many years of experience and knowledge which I want to share with my clients and teach them the right way to stay fit and maintain their health and lead healthy lifestyle, I'll start from the basic mobility and screening phase as most of the injuries happen when you lack in mobility or muscle imbalances and then based on your exercise execution, would progress to loading phase. I have trained many clients. I don't give my clients just exercises but I teach them correct form, technique of execution and correct muscle imbalances. Also I teach my clients the exercises itself and right way to execute so that they don't get dependent and can exercise on their own after few months. I believe in educating my clients and provide them with the strong basic foundation and knowledge that stays with them forever. Clients can do the exercises on their own after few months without the help of any coach. Also at the end of few months clients would be more knowledgeable in fitness, basics of nutrition and general health.
