We deliver either through our own staff or through reputed courier partners, to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient in time, and in good condition. We offer free paper gift bag with each return gift.
For all the products excluding wedding return gifts, You can cancel your order prior to shipment by calling our customer care at +919632111624 (9.00 am-6.00 pm; Monday-Saturday), or by emailing us at email@example.com and get full refund of your payment.
In case of wedding return gifts, as the products are mostly made-to-order, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed and confirmed.
After you receive the products, if you are not completely satisfied with the products, you can return all the items(part returns are not accepted) in the order to us in the unused condition within 7 days of delivery to get a 100% refund. This does not apply to wedding return gifts.
In the event that any products you have ordered from us are not received in good condition, are damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the products unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a full refund within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
The refunds will be made into your payment account (card or netbanking) through which you made the order payment. In case of COD orders, the amount will be transferred to your bank account.
You may return the non-perishable products to us through a courier of your choice. In case of returns for a cause - where a different product is delivered from the ordered product OR the product got damaged in transit - PartyOne will reimburse the cost of courier charges for returning the products back to us. In case of returns of choice - where the customer does not like the product or simply changes mind - the courier charges for the returns will have to be borne by the customer.
Personalized products will NOT be accepted for returns.
All returns must be accompanied by the original sale invoice.
