  • Do you have Cash-On-Delivery Option?
    In general, Yes. But it depends on the shipping location.
  • Do you have a COD charge?
    There is no COD Charge.
  • Product Shipping: How quickly can you ship the products?
    Orders placed before 11AM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11AM will be shipped the next day.
  • Product Shipping: How long does it take to deliver?
    In Bangalore we deliver in 2-3 working days. In other Metros and state capitals, we deliver in 3-4 working days. For the rest of the country, it may take 5-6 working days
  • Product Shipping: Do you charge for Shipping?
    All orders above Rs 1000 are eligible for free shipping. For orders below Rs 1000, shipping charges of Rs 99/ apply
  • Product Shipping: For urgent needs, do you have over Express Shipping?
    All the orders are shipped on priority by default. All the orders are packed and shipped out on the same day or next day. In most Metros, we deliver in 3 days. If you have a specific urgent requirement, please contact us before placing the order.
  • Product Packing: Do you gift wrap the return gifts?
    For each return gift worth Rs 49 or more, we provide a free gift bag.

  • Service Price: Why are the prices different with different artists for the same service ex: Magic Show?
    The prices of the artist services vary based on the skill and experience of the artist. In certain activities like Balloon decoration, the scope of the work and material used may also be different.
  • Service Price: Is this price fixed or will it vary?
    The price listed is for the standard package. Based on the customer needs, the effort may vary in terms of duration and scope of work. Accordingly, the artist will quote the price which may be different from the standard price listed.
  • Artist Availability: If I request an Artist to contact me, can I be sure that Artist is available for my party time?
    9 out of 10 times, the artist is available. Once the artist calls & discusses the event with you, (s)he will give confirmation of the availability.
  • Service Quality: How do I know if the artist is going to provide good quality service?
    This is great question. We take this aspect very seriously and that is why all the nitty gritty details of artist background are listed in the description. Most importantly, the customer rating of an artist can be of great help. Every single rating displayed on the site is genuine and given by the customer who hired the artist through us. All this information will help you make the decision on hiring the right artist.
