  • Collection of Items: All reusable items provided as part of the decoration setup shall remain the property of PartyOne and will be collected after the event. Non-reusable and disposable items will be left at the venue. The customer may retain such non-reusable items at their discretion.
  • Damage or Loss of Reusable Items: The customer shall be responsible for the safety, care, and proper handling of all reusable items from the time of setup until collection by PartyOne. In the event of any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of such items during the event or prior to collection, the customer agrees to compensate PartyOne for the full repair or replacement cost of the affected items. The determination of damage and applicable charges shall be made by Party One on a reasonable basis.
  • Power Supply Requirement: The customer shall ensure the availability of a consistent and uninterrupted power supply at the venue to facilitate timely completion of the services. PartyOne shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or incomplete setup arising due to power interruptions, voltage fluctuations, or inadequate electrical arrangements.
  • Access Equipment: Where necessary for installation or decoration purposes, the customer shall provide appropriate access equipment such as a stool or ladder. PartyOne shall not be responsible for any delay or limitation in service resulting from the non-availability of such equipment.
  • Post-Event Cleaning: PartyOne’s scope of services is strictly limited to decoration setup. Cleaning of the venue during or after the event is not included and shall remain solely the responsibility of the customer.
