Up to 48+ hours before the party: 75% refund
48-24 hours before the party: 50% refund
24-12 hours before the party: 25% refund
Less than 12 hours: No refund
In the event of non-fulfilment of a confirmed order after receipt of payment, PartyOne shall process a full refund, provided the payment was made online through partyone.in.
The refund amount for the service orders paid via online or credit/debit card will be refunded within 5-7 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account.
